FAVE WAYS TO PREPARE

-Make Dilly Beans or Bloody Mary Pickled Beans

-Steam, toss with butter, salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Finish with dill or tarragon sprigs.

-Thinly slice and make avocado toast. Crusty bread + avo + green beans + chili crisp

-Char in a skillet in the fat of your choice with salt and pepper, till blistered and a little wilty. Good in a grain bowl or over a bed of hummus or garlicky, herby yogurt.
