STORAGE

Store in the refrigerator, stem side down, in a glass jar with about two inches of water. Place a plastic bag over top and use a rubber band to hold the bag in place and lock in humidity. You can also store parsley wrapped in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to a week.
