Our grab & go salads highlight the peak of fresh, local, and most importantly, seasonal eating. Each week we select a rotating variety of veggies from our farm to create a delicious and convenient option for those who love (or want to love) vegetables as much as we do. We make our dressings from scratch, each ingredient thoughtfully considered. For all your salad needs, find us at the Bellingham Farmers Market on Saturdays from 10-2pm!

Our aim is to create a salad that is as tasty as it is beautiful! Each week we select ingredients that bring something special to the salad. Carrots for sweetness, radishes for crunch, baby leeks for a savory moment, and dill for unexpected freshness.

We harvest our veggies and assemble our salads the same day in 100% compostable packaging to make sure you get the freshest product possible! Undressed salads will keep beautifully for up to a week…But why wait?
